Unique container ship makes first Yangtze River run from Wuhan

The first - and largest - container ship that can navigate the middle reaches of the Yangtze River sets off from Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province, for Shanghai on Nov 16, 2018. The daily oil consumption of the new ship is 20 percent lower than older ships and transportation costs will decline 30 percent. Construction on the ship began on Jan 22, and next year, five more such ships will be used. [Photo/IC]
