Two workers have been rescued from the coal mine and have been sent to the hospital. At present, 18 workers are still trapped in the mine. It is reported that there have been two victims.
Twenty-two workers were trapped after a rock burst occurred at a coal mine in East China's Shandong province Saturday night.
The burst happened at around 11:00 pm in a coal mine in Yuncheng County, according to local authorities.
Ventilation in the coal mine has recovered and rescue work is under way.
