Blue, The Moffats to headline The 90's Festival in Jakarta

he fourth installment of The 90's Festival, a music festival slated for Nov. 10 at Gambir Expo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, will be full of nostalgia, with British boy band Blue and Canadian group The Moffats headlining as international artists.
Indonesian acts include Sheila on 7, Java Jive, Lingua, Be3, Bunga, Kidnap Katrina, Iwa K, Sweet Martabak, Protonema, Dian Pramana & Deddy Dhukun (2D) and Cherry Bombshell.
In addition to showcasing the decade’s popular artists, promoter Akselerasi Entertainment will also feature 24 communities that revolve around popular 1990s trends and items, including cuisine, books, films, toys and action figures.

The Moffats rose to international fame in the late ‘90s with pop-rock hits that included “Miss You Like Crazy” (1998). After announcing a hiatus in 2001, the band released a single from a new EP, titled Secrets, in January 2018. The band previously performed in Jakarta and Bali in February 2017.
Blue gained fame in the early 2000s after releasing its debut single “All Rise” (2001). The group is among the most successful boy bands in Britain, having sold 4.3 million albums and singles. They have worked alongside Elton John and Stevie Wonder, and after announcing hiatus in 2004, they returned to the music stage to represent the United Kingdom at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest in Germany.
