BEIJING - China's 123 centrally-administered state-owned enterprises (SOEs) will offer 15,000 job positions for veterans in 2018, according to a resettle plan issued by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.
The SOEs cover 14 industries, including energy, communication, transportation and finance, providing various job choices for the veterans, according to the plan.
The plan aims to improve the career quality of veterans, and the wages and welfare of the veterans will be above the local average, said the ministry.
In 2017, over 100 central SOEs offered 13,000 jobs, and nearly 4,000 veterans found positions.
