Shanghai International Forum on Women’s Development returns

The 2018 Shanghai International Forum on Women’s Development will be held from Sept 18 to 19 at the Shanghai International Dance Center.
Themed “The Real Choice”, the two-day forum aims to explore modern women’s real-life struggles in family, career and social life.
Co-organized by the Shanghai Working Committee on Children and Women and the Shanghai Women’s Federation, the event aims to generate social discussions to encourage more women to make the right decisions and help build a social environment that benefits their development.
Female industry leaders, experts, government officials, public figures and entrepreneurs from foreign countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Ireland, will participate in the forum, which was first initiated in 1998 and has since been held once every two years.
