Vice-minister of commerce to visit US for talks

Wang Shouwen, vice-minister of commerce, will lead a delegation to the United States at the end of this month to discuss bilateral trade issues with a team led by David Malpass, Undersecretary for International Affairs at the US Department of the Treasury.

China reiterated that it opposes unilateralism and trade protectionism and will not accept any unilateral trade restrictions. China welcomes dialogue and communication on the basis of equity, equality and integrity, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce said in a statement.
