6 killed in Guangdong house fire

GUANGZHOU -- Six people died in a residential house fire in South China's Guangdong province on Wednesday, according to the local publicity department.
The fire occurred at around 5:00 am Wednesday at a community in Jingdu township, Chaonan district of Shantou city. Police suspected arson following an initial investigation.
Further investigation is under way.
