China's Qinghai appoints acting governor

XINING - The local legislature of northwest China's Qinghai Province appointed Liu Ning as vice governor and acting governor of the province at a session on Tuesday.
The appointment was made at the fifth session of the 13th Qinghai Provincial People's Congress.
The session also accepted the resignation of Wang Jianjun, who became governor of Qinghai in December 2016.
