In response to the scorching hot summer in Japan, a chef has invented a cool dish called "snow ice pasta" to provide diners with a little culinary relief in Minato Ward, Tokyo.

The dish combines shaved ice and pasta together, providing an innovative way to enjoy pasta in the summer.
