Photos of a woman going to hospital with a snake twined around her wrist have gone viral on Chinese social media.

The woman in her 20s was bitten by the snake early Sunday morning in Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province, reports Xinmin Evening News. She then caught the snake calmly, alive, and took it to the hospital.

The snake, about 1.5 meters long, wasn't poisonous.

The woman's wound was not serious. Her calmness has won praise from Chinese netizens.
