Soldiers compete in International Army Games

With the temperature about 40 C, 13 elite marine corps teams from China, Russia, Iran, Venezuela and Sudan competed in an obstacle race during this year's International Army Games in Quanzhou, East China's Fujian province, on Monday.

The 1,200-meter obstacle course contained 19 kinds of obstacles.

In the race, each participant needed to finish a set of obstacles, including running, climbing, crawling, jumping and balancing.
