Two British men en route to Volgograd charged with hooliganism - police

MOSCOW - Russian authorities charged two British nationals on Monday with minor hooliganism and being drunk in public, police said.
The two men had earlier been removed from a train travelling to the Russian city of Volgograd where England are due to play their opening match in the soccer World Cup on Monday evening.
