China, Russia to boost cooperation in Far Eastern development

BEIJING - Chinese Vice-Premier Hu Chunhua met with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yury Trutnev, also presidential envoy to Russia's Far Eastern Federal District, on Friday in Beijing.
Hu said to strengthen China-Russia cooperation in Far Eastern development is a priority for the pragmatic cooperation between the two countries. He called on the two sides to link their development strategies, policies and projects to promote the cooperation to a new high.
Trutnev said Russia is willing to work with China to promote cooperation in Far Eastern development.
