No 10 Hemu village: NW China's version of the Scottish highlands

Located in Burqin county, Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, Hemu village is the northernmost one in the western region of China. The village is famous for its wooden buildings surrounded by silver birch trees, mountains and rivers, all reminiscent of the highlands in Scotland.
