Kyrgyz president dismisses cabinet after no-confidence vote

BISHKEK -- Kyrgyz President Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed a decree to dismiss the cabinet after lawmakers overwhelmingly voted no-confidence to the government of Prime Minister Sapar Isakov, the president's office said on Thursday.
