7 dead, 38 injured in East China expressway accident

NANJING - Seven people were killed, and 38 others injured after a bus rolled and collided with a car on an expressway in East China's Jiangsu province on Thursday.
The accident happened at around 4 pm on an expressway section in Donghai county, Lianyungang. The bus crossed the median and collided head-on with a car, said police in Lianyungang.
Police said six people died on their way to hospital, one died at hospital, and another 38 people were injured.
The cause of the accident is under further investigation. Traffic has resumed on the road section.
