Chinese president's special envoy to visit Russia: Foreign Ministry

BEIJING - Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will pay a working visit to Russia on Tuesday and Wednesday, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said on Monday.
