The launch of the first Guangzhou flower market in an overseas region on Valentine's Day was a grand occasion. Held at Paris' Grand Palais, the opening featured a flower exhibition synchronized with Chinese New Year themes and splendid light shows.

Visitors were able to experience a mix of Chinese and French floral works while satiating their tastebuds with Cantonese cuisine.

Furthermore, a light and music show with the theme "When Guangzhou Meets Paris—the Charming Night of a Flower City" played at the Place de la République last night in celebration of the overall festivities.
