5.3-magnitude quake jolts Taiwan

TAIPEI - A 5.3-magnitude earthquake jolted Taiwan's Yilan county at 10:47 pm Monday, according to the island's meteorological authority.
The epicenter was monitored at 24.63 degrees north latitude and 121.61 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 46.5 kilometers.
No casualties have been reported yet.
The Beijing-based China Earthquake Networks Center said the quake was measured at 4.9 magnitude.
