DPRK delegates arrive at S.Korean Blue House to meet President Moon

SEOUL - High-ranking delegates from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) arrived at the South Korean Blue House Saturday to have a meeting and lunch with President Moon Jae-in, local TV footage showed.
