Mahjong is deeply rooted in Chinese culture and people of all ages like to play it, but the passion among the senior citizens is intense. It was on a trip to Huai’an in June 2017 when I was amusing by the historical architecture of this city famous for the logistical background. I found some senior citizens playing Mahjong and they invited me to take the photo and I am much obliged to them for capturing a significant element of Chinese culture.
