Hong Kong director making film based on legendary postage stamp

Hong Kong director Kei Law, who is known for action movie Project A starring Jackie Chan, will direct a new action-comedy movie, titled Penny Black.

The filming began in Qingdao, in Shandong province, on Dec 18, and the story revolves around the Penny Black, the world's first postage stamp which was issued in Britain on May 1, 1840.

The movie features veteran Chinese actor Bao Dazhi and young actor Li Jiaming.
