Artist Hao Li's artworks are now on display at a shopping mall in Beijing, attracting many visitors. The exhibition includes Hao's oil paintings and sculptures, which express the value of life, feeling, motherhood and children.

Hao was born in a remote village in Hebei province in 1975, and has worked as a chicken breeder, waitress, weaver, and babysitter. She learned painting while she was a babysitter, and was then admitted to the China Central Academy of Fine Arts. Through arduous efforts and persistence, she has grown from a migrant worker to a world-renowned artist. Her works have been exhibited overseas in France, US, Germany and Denmark among others, and collected by many art galleries, museums and celebrities such as the king of Sweden and former French president Nicolas Sarkozy.
