Heihe border soldiers rush to donate blood, save life

On Monday, Northeast China's Heihe First People's Hospital received a patient who needed huge amount of A-type blood. Due to the shortage in the blood bank, the hospital appealed to Heihe border defense troops for help. Within 10 minutes, 70 soldiers arrived at the blood donation center and after screening 30 of them donated 12,000 milliliters of blood.
