Syed Ummar Ali Bukhari (R) revisits a businessman who Bukhari has mediated in Yiwu city, East China's Zhejiang province, April 19, 2017. Famed as the "world supermarket", Yiwu receives over 400,000 overseas visitors each year. Some 15,000 people from over 100 countries and regions live here. In order to solve foreign trade dispute, Yiwu has hired foreign businessmen as mediators since 2013. Until now, 22 mediators from 20 countries have joined the mediation committee, Bukhari from Pakistan included. Bukhari registered his foreign trade company in Yiwu in 2011, and became a mediator in 2015. By now, Bukhari has successfully mediated five disputes. [Photo/Xinhua] |
