Relics reveal the past

Some of the treasures so far uncovered by archeologists exploring the excavation site in Nanchang

 

Relics include two sets of 12 bronze bells, still playable; a set of iron chimes, which are possibly the earliest example of its kind; stringed instruments, panpipes, reed pipes, and the remains of several musicians. The chimes indicate the tomb could belong to a king.
