Turandot, Budapest
Italian composer Giacomo Puccini's masterpiece Turandot tells a legendary Chinese story that took place during the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368). Replete with choruses and pageantry, the opera is about the power of love and will be performed by the Hungarian State Opera.

The Art of Kunqu Opera: Talk, Demonstration and Performance, London
It is organized by UK Research and Development Center for Chinese Traditional Culture. Kathy Hall will be the main speaker. In addition, Amy Yuan will also talk about the connections between the erhu and the violin.
