How has Beijing developed from being a walled enclosure into the ever-expanding mega city it is today? Beijing Postcards will explore this extraordinary transformation that China's capital has undergone.

Based on extensive research and interviews with local Beijingers, in addition to a large collection of original Beijing maps and historical photographs, Danish duo Simon Gjeroe and Lars Thom have created a portrait of a changing city as seen from the streets.

A cohesive picture of the last hundred years of Beijing has been pieced together out of its fragmented history. The exhibition Beijing on the Move will contain a plethora of insightful explanations in both Chinese and English.

In conjunction with the exhibition will be a free 20-minute conducted tour of the display every day at 2 pm. Special arrangement is available for groups of 10 or more.

In addition it will be possible to book "Beijing on the Move" talks and lectures.

Date: Till Nov 28
