Feb 28, 1973: CPPCC reopens

On Feb 28, 1973, with approval of Zhou Enlai, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee held a conference in Beijing to commemorate the "Feb 28 Incident (1947) in Taiwan".
This was the first conference that was organized by a CPPCC organ since it was closed on August 30, 1966, marking the re-opening of the CPPCC.
