Besides, 17.5 % of population - 2.33 million people is higher educated and 24.1% - 3.19 million is senior secondary educated. It houses 61 universities and colleges.

Shanghai China's financial, commercial and trade center whose economic growth is up by 10.2 % over th previous year. Changsha Changsha is the Capital of Hunan Province. It is also the hub of politics, economics, cultural, technology, education and information. Its population is over 6 millions.

Guangzhou Guangzhou, located at the north of the Pearl River delta, is an important trading center as well as a busy port and the capital city of the province of Guandong . The city has an area of over 16,000 square kilometers and a population of 6.7 million.
