Rescue workers try to pull Wei Qing, a
migrant worker, up using a life preserver as he tries to maintain his hold on a
girl who was nearly swept into Shazikou Bay in Qingdao, East China's Shandong
Province, during Typhoon Matsa on August 5, 2005. Wei, a migrant worker who just
passed by, jumped into the sea immediately to save the girl. It took almost 40
