All public organizations' recruitment in China will be open to the public by 2012, according to a special session in Qingdao, xinhuanet.com reported Tuesday.
About 1.54 million people have been recruited out of more than 11 million since the opening policy of public organizations' recruitment took effect in 2006. Of those, 70 percent have bachelor's degrees in local public organizations, while 80 percent have postgraduate diplomas in organizations at the state level.
The opening policy helps bring more talents and fair competition to public organizations' recruitment efforts.
