The details of the show are kept confidential but the organisers guaranteed it will not let the world down.

The 30-year-old Chen, who became the first Chinese to win the world figure skating title in Birmingham, England in 1995, retired in 1998 after Nagano Olympics, where she won a bronze medal.

Chen went to the United States soon after the 1998 Nagano Olympics. She turned professional in New York and skated around the country.

She also worked as a coach between 2001 and 2004 in America.

The 6th Asian Winter Games will take place from January 28 to February 4 in Changchun, the capital city of northeast China's Jilin Province.
